Originally based out of Perth (and Sydney), now located in San Francisco, Matt Voerman has been involved in the rich internet application (RIA) development industry for over fifteen years. Specialising primarily in Adobe Flash Platform based solutions (AIR, Flash, Flex, and Flash Media Server) within the Financial Services, BioTech and Media sectors.
Matt has been a long-time supporter of the local rich media and web development communities, having been a User Group Manager, and Community Expert, as well as a regular speaker at industry events such as Adobe MAX, WebDU and Web on the Piste. He has also written, or contributed to, a number of books, whitepapers and articles on the Adobe Flash Platform.
His current role as a Senior Technical Consultant within the Adobe Professional Services team see’s him playing a lead role in providing a range of implementation services to Adobe’s key customers and partners. This includes: the discovery, design, development, and testing of enterprise based solutions (that primarily leverage Adobe technologies).
