We are a startup web mapping business and would like to keep in touch with you regarding becoming a contestant in this competition.

Our mashup at http://demos.numaps.com.au/demographicdrapes.html has just been awarded joint winner. However we would be submitting our current website and the free viewer in this competition.

Cheers, Brad….

Hi,

What exactly is the Student category? Is it for websites made by students or is it websites targeting students?

Thanks.

Check the Award Categories for more details:

But to answer the question straight up, it’s for Students, not for sites targeting students.

Hi!

We developed our site 6 months ago as final project of our Master Degree. Nowadays most of us are graduated.
Are we still able to participate?

Cheers, Manuel

Manuel
The Student Category is primarily aimed at students who are still in their initial course of study and are not working professionally in the industry. The students are also still enrolled at their perferred place of study until 30 Jun 2010.
Unfortunately entering the site into the Student Category is not possible as you have graduated and the course was a Masters. However you are able to enter the site into any of the categories that it fits into.
Please check out the Awards Categories for the details
