BDNH Group has been providing Nursing and Community Care services throughout the Ballarat region for over 100 years. The development of this new website connects users with services that enable them, or those they care about to remain independent.
The site was developed for people with a range of disabilities, primarily age-related to located and access healthcare services. Additionally, the audience is people who are interested in finding out about services that will provide independence for someone that they care about, either a friend or family member. The second major Audience are Healthcare workers looking for work. The site has a thoroughly develop job application process built in to serve their needs.

Easy to use, clear to navigate, the BDNH website directs users based on their needs to appropriate calls-to-action. The design was intended to not be overwhelming, but to provide clarity and encourage action by visitors. Smart and secure document management allows staff to organise and provide PDFs and other resources to those with a website login. Job postings are handled through a series of tools, allowing job seekers to search and apply for jobs all through the site. Job seekers can sign up for Job alerts through the system as well, with emails being sent when appropriate jobs are posted. Onsite LCD displays are also editable from the website, allowing convenient management of the corporate presentations.
