Buzz Muster is a new tech startup which allows event organisers to collect feedback post event, in a friendly and fast way. It takes the average audience member of our customers events less than 90 seconds to provide insightful, actionable feedback about how they found the event they recently attended.
Event organisers can segment audiences into specific segments, allowing a deeper understanding of target audience, as well as compare against their other events for further insight.
The product is entirely web based, and does not require audience members to create an account or remember a password - they are sent an email invitation, which they then click on, complete the survey in under two minutes, and then leave. This is designed to happen within hours of the event finishing, to ensure excellent audience recall and honesty.
