My Big Tomorrow
My Big Tomorrow is a resource designed to help young Australians realise bigger life choices. It’s specifically created to help high school students in years 9 and 10 from low socio‐economic backgrounds.
After extensive consultation with high school students, it was determined that there was a lack of useful resources available to help students understand career choices. My Big Tomorrow was created to fill that void with inspiration, information and education. It is also designed to give them the understanding of the skills they will need in order to succeed in their chosen career.
My Big Tomorrow aims to empower and educate students to dream big and work hard to get there. My Big Tomorrow was created by The Village of Useful and Newism in partnership with the Centre of Excellence for Equity in Higher Education at the University of Newcastle and funded by the Commonwealth’s Higher Education Participation and Partnership Program (HEPPP).
